Supervise the teller activity to ensure prompt
delivery of services to members and timely deposits of all credit union funds.
Develop and implement an effective collection program and
provide monthly delinquency reports to the CEO.
Supervise the processing all IRA transactions including
periodic payments, deposits, and over the counter withdrawals.
Work with attorneys regarding collections matters and
maintain adequate records regarding recoveries and charge-offs.
Serve as loan officer and provide lending assistance to
members during periods when the credit union’s loan processor is not available.
Coordinate the purchase of supplies assuring adequate
inventories are maintained and properly controlled.
Coordinate the maintenance of the credit union facilities.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
